A: The Chattahoochee Sealer needs a surface that has been dry for 24 hours, before sealing, and another 24 dry hours after sealing, to properly cure. If these standards can not be met, in the current season, you will need to wait for more favorable weather or a more favorable season.

A: The Chattahoochie Sealer should be rolled on with a solvent-resistant roller. It should be applied at a coverage rate of ~100 square feet per gallon. If multiple coats are applied, the first coat should be dry to the touch and cross-roll your second coat.

LIMITATIONS
Not aesthetically recommended for unsealed broom-finished (plain) concrete. Sealer may melt plastic, asphalt, or any petroleumbased product. Any surfaces not mentioned should be tested in small areas before applying sealer. NOTE: Gasoline and other Auto parts
cleaners containing hot solvents will melt film. Wiping will smear the coating. Allow to dry. Either leave be for protection or re-coat with
for best appearance. It is highly recommended that you test an inconspicuous spot before proceeding with whole floor.

A: Our sealers are specially formulated for concrete and are not recommended for natural stone. They will have bonding issues which will cause the sealer to haze up and flake off.
