Answer This Question

A:  This warning follows Proposition 65 of the State of California where all products that contain chemicals, regardless of their application, must state for California residents that their manufacturing components may contain carcinogenic agents. Although, by such law, manufacturers are not bound to disclose all the manufacturing components of such product. Additionally, our faucets comply with Federal Lead-Free Guidelines which make them safe for water drinking applications. Q:What do you mean by nonmetallic , with chrome?

      Answer This Question

A:  Well... chrome is definitely a metal it’s often used to coat other metals like steel to protect them from the elements like rust for example. They don’t mean nonmetallic luster because this faucet is shiny. I’m assuming it’s a “faux chrome” due to the housing being plastic I don’t believe u can plate plastic with chrome. Since it’s a faucet & metals conduct electricity that could be a plus, however, this faucet is a joke. I’ve had mine for about 6mo the sprayer & handle busted off about 2mo in. Lol it turns out it works better without the sprayer which was difficult to engage to begin with. I’m using it in my horse barn but it gets light duty I use the hose for most things. I just came in one morning & it fell off. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

        Answer This Question

A:  Thank you for your question! Hardwater is usually a common cause of buildup of calcium and magnesium deposits. Usually if the pressure is too low, it's possibe that the aerator is clogged. We recommend cleaning or replacing the aerator. Thank you!

A:  Nothing can be done to improve the water pressure on this faucet. It is all one piece inside.
