A:  This is storm door, NOT securely lockable egress door. This door?s purpose is: double-hung window for venting; stopping pets, kids, etc. from going thru?not a strong barrier against house breakers, & it cannot block heat/cool thru it.

A:  You can get a 300, 400, 2000 or 3000 series storm door that has a self-storing glass that slide down pulling the screen with it. Please check out your local HD store and see the doors on display.

A white push-button handleset is also available but it will have to be ordered separately, or a door that comes with a white push-button handleset has a different price compared to a door that comes with a black push-button handleset. If you are going to purchase a new storm door, please go to The Home Depot store nearest to your place and inquire about the door you like.
