Q:What are the overall dimensions of this adapter at both ends I.D. and O.D. and overall length ? Is the small end the right size to go into a Duralast 6" triple walled safety ? I'm utilizing 6" schedule 10 pipe for my stove pipe with a 6.625" O.D.

A:  This is a double wall starter pipe off the top of the stove . The bottom went directly into the stove , above I installed an adjustable double wall pipe that fit over this fitting. I used all double wall pipe and fittings , I'm not sure how you incorporate different size pipe into the mix . I personally would stay with all double wall inside the house for safety reasons alone .

    A:  I apologize, but this is not an approved UL Listed installation, so I'm not allowed to advise further. Please refer to the appliance installation manual, local codes and your insurance policy for proper venting procedures and practices. Also, I have not heard of Duralast chimney, which would not be UL Listed with DuraVent. Inner Diameter is 6 inches, outer is a nominal 6.5 inches, height is roughly 5 inches.

      A:  Technically no, but it might be crimped more to fit.

            Q:Is this the part I need to connect my propane stove to double wall duravent pipe? And what part do I need to connect the duravent double wall pipe to an existing masonary flue with a 8 inch pipe.?

            A:  I do not believe DVL double wall can be used with a propane stove or can it get vented into an 8" masonry flue without a relining flex. I suggest you contact the appliance manufacturer for their UL listed venting procedures and practices. You may also call DuraVent's tech support at 1-800-835-4429, they maybe able to assist with this application.
