Q:Will the arbor hold the weight of several large hanging plant baskets? I would like to use it to support a vine and create a hummingbird feeding station.

Answer This Question
A: I wouldn't hang several large baskets as watering makes them heavy. 1 basket on each side would hold. Humming bird feeders are light, so yes, they would work fine.

A: Most definitely not. Think of a thin vinyl fence. It is not sturdy enough to hold the weight of much more than a climbing plant.

A: Yes you could. It is just vinyl/pvc material. You could add some straps to it and strap it to a wood fence.

A: I don’t think so. Mine blew over and snap one side pole. I taped it back together and is fine but looks like crap. Other pieces are falling out of the holes. I would make the next one out of wood.

A: 85 inches high by 64 inches wide by 28 inches depth. I have 2 of these in my yard. Have absolutely no clue where you got the 42 inches measurement from.

Answer This Question
A: Construction of the arbor is a heavy duty plastic material. You could manufacture leg brackets out of metal with flaps on either side with bolt holes and using concrete screws, drill them into your existing concrete.

A: I installed mine in concrete so on should work too.
by|Apr 16, 2021
A: There are no brackets included to screw down the legs in concrete or wood. We set ours on a makeshift concrete surface in the back corner of our yard and placed the legs in 8" tall concrete blocks and filled the blocks with pea gravel. A heavy wind knocked it over one day, so I cemented the legs in the concrete blocks. Now, no more problems.
