When it was active in our inventory, it would ship in 5 boxes all placed on a large pallet. The total weight of all 5 boxes without the pallet was approximately 165 LBS. A:  The Unidoor Lux was available in satin Black hardware, but it is currently discontinued and out of stock. You may want to look at a Unidoor Plus in your size range. A:  While you can install it without the panel, you could save a little money and just order the 28" Unidoor, which does not come with a stationary panel. The model number for that is SHDR-20287210F. You can place that model number in the Home Depot search field and it will come up for you. That Unidoor is available in 1" increments from 23" to 30" wide. A:  This Unidoor Lux is designed to fit an opening 32" to 32-1/8" wide. Please keep in mind that your walls must also be plumb for this unit. A:  The Unidoor Lux has not ability to adjust for width. Your finished opening must be 58" wide for this to install properly. With an opening of 57-1/2" wide, we would recommend the Unidoor Plus, which has the ability to adjust for width. We recommend checking your finished measurements and then contact a DreamLine PreSales Consultant for help selecting the proper shower door and size. A:  Yes, this unit will work in a 58-1/8" x 72" opening.

A:  There are clear vinyl gaskets that can be installed behind the hinge plate that will get you that extra 1/8" that are included with the door. Please double check your measurements at the top, middle and bottom of your opening. If you are over 58-1/8" at any point, we would not recommend this door for you.
