A:  This Unidoor model is an exact-fit shower door, so unfortunately, it will not fit any finished opening width that is less than 27" because 27" is the absolute minimum width tolerance for the door. For your opening size, you would need a custom-made Unidoor. A:  Blocking height requirements for each hinge are detailed in the installation manual on page # 3. To view this measurement, please visit DreamLine.com and enter model # SHDR-20297210F-04 into the search field. Links to the installation manual will be under the main product picture after you have the model pulled up. Click the link to the install manual and scroll to the section in the beginning of the manual that will diagram and show these dimensions. The wood screws that come with the hinges are 2-3/4" long. A:  Unfortunately, this style of Unidoor does not have any adjustment for width or out-of-plumb walls and it is an exact-fit style of shower door. If your opening is larger than 27" for this model size, you will have a large gap where you will not be able to seal the door. Unfortunately, we do not make the Unidoor in a stock size that would fit a 27-3/4" wide finished opening, but you could order a custom size. A:  Unfortunately, no - your opening is too small to fit a 24" Unidoor because 24" is the absolute minimum width this style of Unidoor will fit. If you were to try and install the 24" Unidoor in your space, the glass would strike your wall when you tried to close the door, and this could cause the glass to shatter. We do not have a stock Unidoor that will fit a 23-5/8" opening and if you wanted to get this style of Unidoor to fit your opening width, it would have to be made custom. A:  This style of Unidoor is an exact-fit model, so the 30" model size will be too large for a 29-1/2" opening and the glass door will definitely strike your wall when you try to close it which could cause the glass to shatter. For a 29-1/2" finished opening, you would need to get a custom-made Unidoor. A:  Unfortunately, no - the 25" door will not properly fit a 25-1/2" opening. This style of door is an exact-fit model, so the 25" door will not cover the 25-1/2" width you have and there will be a gap between the glass and the wall where water could escape the shower. If you wanted a Unidoor for your opening, it would have to be made custom. A:  You can use the Unidoor for an application like this, but you will most likely want to make an adjustment to the hinges once the door is installed. From the factory, the hinges come with a slight inward angle that will make it so the door glass is not a perfect 90-degree angle to the wall when it is first installed. This angle can be adjusted so that the door is at a 90-degree angle to the wall and for your application, you can reference the instructions in the back of the manual for adjusting the hinges for this purpose.
