    A:  There is a separate bracket that mounts to the wall like most. Then the fixture attaches to it with some thumb screws.

            A:  Yes, the connecting lights wire is several inches long and the fixture's base is 16 inches wide so you can move it left or right.

              A:  The beige glass does not give off yellow lighting. If it does it will be very minimal and should project the same light as any incandescent bulb. Installing a bulb with higher lumens can also be recommended to help ensure a consistent light.
