A:  A19 is the shape of the actual bulb. It's typically a standard medium bulb.

A:  A19 bulbs are "standard" medium base screw-in light bulbs. I use 75 watt equivalent led bulbs (11 watts each) at 5000K color temperature (daylight) for a brilliant white. It's beautiful!

A:  Shaped like a snow cone, LED A19 bulbs are probably what you think of when someone says "light bulb." They remind me of the bulbs for ceiling fan fixtures.

A:  An A19 is a standard size blub used in table lamps and ceiling lights in your home. The can be LED, CFL or incandescent.

A:  We are using LED bulbs. We do not have a dimmer on them.

A:  Yes you can use an A19 shape light bulb in LED form in it. As long as the LED is dimmable and the dimmer you use is rated for it, then you can dim the fixture.
