Q:We just installed a Delta 75605DBL shower head, and the hose that came with this is so stiff that the shower head doesn't seat correctly in the holder. Is there a more practical, flexible hose available as a replacement in the same Matte black finish?

We recommend placing your hand shower down into your tub/shower and running hot water through the hose for a few minutes, this will allow for it to sit correctly.         A:  segmented metal. very flexible. good improvement over standard length. had mine for a year and still looks like new.

        Q:NdleJust purchased Delta dual shower head. The hose on hand held part only 6’ long, need it to be at least 10’. What can be purchased that will extend to the footage I need. Would like to keep with Delta product.

        A:  Hi Trundle, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 60"-80" Hand Shower Hose U495D-60-PK model. This hose can stretch from 60-82" or 2083mm. This is our longest hose that we currently offer besides our 84" UltraFlex hand shower hose (model: U490R-84-PK). Best regards, Tanya
