Q:We purchased two of these, and they're lovely, but both boxes are missing the handle. It seems all of the rest of the parts are there, but there is no handle in either box. DeltaFaucet, can you please help?

    Q:Can this be used to have dual rainshower heads & a handheld instead of showerheads and a tub? and can it allow two showerheads to be on at once while the handheld is off?

    A:  Hi ZJDiy, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our T11800 is a 2-port 3-setting diverter valve trim. This will allow 2 separate components.       A:  Hi KentS, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The diverter trim kit will include the RP51918 cartridge for 3-setting trim kits and the RP51919 for 6-setting trim kits.               A:  Dear Hugo, Thank you for you question. The Delta T11800-SS is the 3-Setting Diverter Valve Trim in Stainless finish. This Diverter Kit is listed with the Classic and Lahara collections. The Delta Stainless finish would be the closest finish to Brushed Nickel. Best regards, Tanya

                  A:  Hi Jack, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T11800 is designed to divert the water from your regular showerhead to an alternate feature like jets or a handheld showerhead. It does not regulate temperature or flow. You would need a rough-in and trim to regulate your volume and temperature. We suggest the R10000-UNBX rough-in and one of the 1700 or 17T series trims. Thanks. Jody
