A:  Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model SDGS060-CLS-R is designed to fit openings that are 50 1/8" - 59 3/8" across and a height of 56 1/2."

A:  yes it can be trimmed down (top rail, bottom rail) to fit opening.

A:  The frame will fit, no problem (mine was the same). The doors will have a slight overlap of a couple of inches, which is good for keeping water inside.
