You would need to unscrew from the top and fill from the top without having to take the whole unit apart from the bottom. A:  There are a lot of soap dispensers and since you have not provided the manufacturer's name, I would recommend that you contact them directly. Hopefully, they will be able to provide you with a new bottle. I had one in a previous home and never had a problem, however I'm not sure it's the same brand.

A:  The bottle/reservoir is plastic, but I have no idea what kind of plastic.

A:  Not sure if the type of plastic but it is large enough for 14 oz. of liquid soap. It’s white round plastic material, not flimsy

A:  No, it is 3'' in height.

A:  No. bottle reservoir underneath the sink is about 10 inches. Only sticks out about 3 inches above sink height.

A:  the 13 inches includes the plastic bottle that's under the sink. The visible part over the sink is what you'd expect. However the longish spout makes it hard to use with one hand.

A:  It is only about 3" above counter surface. The rest of it is hidden underneath.
