      A:  Retsy, Thank you for your question. The bottom and top track length can be customized to fit between 43-3/8 inches to 47-3/8 inches. The bottom track is 1-3/4" wide and 1-1/8" tall. The top track is 2-1/4" wide and 2-7/8" tall. The side jambs are 70 inches in length, 1-3/4" wide and 1-1/8" tall. Best, Delta Shower Doors Team

          Q:I ordered #159298, and only received one box, the glass, but didn't know it until I unpacked it at home. I called the service desk at the store and they told me I had to separately order step#2 (rails), and step#3(handles), but this product description looks like it is complete from the description specifications, and this wasn't a custom build order so I had no option for Step#2 and Step#3. Is my understanding correct that I should have received all three steps?

          A:  KM, Thank you for your question. This product (159298) is the entire set. It includes (1) top track, (1) bottom track, (2) side jambs, (4) hidden rollers, (2) tempered glass panels, and (2) handles. The separate product numbers are Track SDLSD60-PB-R, Glass SDGS048-RN-R, Handle SDBR003-PB-R. Depending on where you purchased it (a Home Depot Store or HomeDepot.com) you need to call the appropriate customer service numbers again (1-800-466-3337 for the store or 1-800-430-3376 for online) and give them your product number. I know this must be frustrating as you have already done this so if you need to call us to conference in on the call you can definitely do that.                       Q:The directions for Care & Cleaning only indicate 'mild detergents or warm soapy water'. Is that for both glass and chrome? Can you recommend a specific product by name that will not harm either; especially the chrome? This unit replaced one whose chrome had discolored. I don't want that to happen to this one.I have used Scrub Free in the past, but didn't know if that would be a recommended product. Thanks for the help.

                      A:  We recommended that you use mild detergents or warm soapy water for the track assembly. However, the glass panel are coated with a Spot Guard that resists Hard Water Stains, you can use Sparkle Glass Cleaner on the glass. Kind Regards, emccollum
