Unfortunately, this Delta Faucet model BT14096 Windemere 1-Handle Temperature Control Valve Trim Kit in Chrome (Valve Not Included) will not work with the RP1991 cartridge assembly. You will need to install an R10000-UNBX rough- in valve in order to install this model. Simply lift up on the white round plastic rotational limit stop on the cartridge, turn it counterclockwise as far as it goes then let it dropdown. A:  Thank you for your question, Axman. This trim will work with 1300/1400 Series valve and cartridge. This series uses screw holes at 1 and 7 o'clock. If the screws are at 1 and 5 o'clock, the rough-in valve would need to be replaced with a MultiChoice R10000 Valve.
