Q:My housekeeper used some type of cleaner that seems to have removed the shiny layer on the handle part of mine. The faucet still look shiny but handle is dull. I?ve tried polishing and using 1:1 vinegar and water to clean but it helped little. Help?

    Q:I installed this faucet and was unable to install the lift rod for the stopper. The lift rod is angled and runs into the sink. This seems like a bad design. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a workaround?

      Q:What is the Delta part number for the chrome or stainless pop up stopper that goes with this set? The correct stopper is about 4 inches? long with a single opening at the end?

          Q:Purchased this item a while back along with a one piece sink/countertop (32"). Flange will not seat fully into the hole in the sink (the plastic underside prevents this.) Solution?

            Q:I purchased the satin or chrome model of this and I purchased a 2.2 aerator in your store for it. It increased the water pressure. It was not bad, but I prefer the 2.2 gpm over the 1.2 gpm. I would like to purchase the stainless model for another bath, but before I do, I wanted to find out if you sell the 2.2 gpm in the stainless steal or brushed nickel. I did not see it in the store. And the satin/chrome model has been a great sink faucet so far. I have had it over a year now.

                A:  The faucet that I purchased had the metal drain assembly (Model # B510LF-SS) which is more expensive than the plastic. I preferred the metal drain at the time. There is another version of this faucet with a plastic drain (B510LF-SSPPU-ECO?) which I have purchased before too. I think you should check to see if the model number includes SS or SSPPU. I hope this information is helpful.

                    A:  I've got four or these that I bought a long time ago and bought another for the other bathroom because the Delta faucets seem to last forever. All of them have copper water pipes. I have seen plastic as part of the drain stopper, but never in the faucet. The exterior of the drain is normally metal and the lift rod is usually brass with a plastic ball for sealing. Stopper will often be plastic, with a brass or other metal top.
