A:  It twists off. It's not easy but it does come off and then you can clean it. Worst case, contact the Manufacturer and they will send you a new one.

I apologize for the difficulty in removing the aerator. I know that can be frustrating. We are happy to help! The aerator unscrews counterclockwise. Mineral deposits can cause the aerator to be difficult to remove. We recommend soaking the area in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing. A:  Yes, the screen does unscrew and come apart for cleaning. It is in there pretty tight but it does unscrew. Be sure to check the gasket and re-tighten it securely or it will leak down thru the faucet.

A:  They haven’t done anything for me yet. Started leaking from up inside the faucet.

A:  Hi, Steve! Thank you for your question. The connection for the hose on the Delta B3596LF-OB faucet can be removed by first pushing in the two tabs at each end like a clothespin. Will pushed in, push the hose end up to release. Once released, the hose connection can be pulled off. Best Regards, Rosanna

A:  Stainless is more “shiny” whereas brushed nickel is a fuller shine. I would say brushed nickel is more spot resistant.

A:  Stainless steel contains nickle which gives it the anti-corrosive properties however the finish is buffed to a luster. Brushed nickle is a plating over the base, (usually brass) material, the finish is more of a satin look

A:  Yes, everything you need to install is included. The drain stopper that attaches to the sink is also included but other drain pieces are not.

A:  The hot and cold shut off valves are not included with the faucet. You will need to purchase separately.
