A:  at the end of your spigot, it should be able to unscrew counterclockwise and there is a screen in, it clean it out, then reassemble

A:  Perhaps the aerator on the end of the spout is clogged. Unscrew the nub on the end of the spout by turning it clockwise as looking at it from above. There are screens and plastic pieces in the aerator that come out and can be cleaned. Reassemble in reverse order.
