    A:  Hi Flinter50cal, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 59465-20-PK is a 4 setting handshower. The different spray patterns are Full Body Spray, Massage Spray, Crossing Full Spray, and Crossing Full Spray w/Massage. This model does not have a pause feature. Thanks. Jody
