A:  Hi DW, Thank you for your question. The 58045-SS has a gray back plate and a 70" hose. The model 58469-PK is fully plated and includes a stretchable (60"-82") metal hose. Best regards, Jon

Here are the instructions which should be stated in the installation guide that comes with the 58045-RB: To change spray modes, turn the lever (3) left or right to the desired setting. Turn knob (4) to change between showerhead only, showerhead and handshower or handshower only Best regards, Brandis

      Q:Ok, I get that it's intended as a remodel, not new constuction, but why not offer possible valve and handle/trim items.

      A:  Hi ForeverFlipping, Thank you for your question. For new construction, any of our 14, 17, or 17T trims along with an R10000 rough-in valve will allow you to use this shower head. Best regards, Jon
