          A:  Hi, Ponyjo. Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that your Delta 538T-SS-DST Faucet is dripping. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps. 1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position. 2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip. 3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid. 4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps. We would be more than happy to help you with this further, if needed.             A:  Sounds like you have debris in the line preventing the solenoid from closing completely. Contact Delta; they’ll supply replacement solenoid.

              Q:Where does this faucet need to be touched? It is for my cat. I think he's smart enough to paw at it and I will really appreciate the auto-off feature. (He's not spoiled, really he isn't! It's about my water bill when I forget to turn the faucet off.)

                  A:  Yes it does come with an Escutcheon but, it only covers the four inch spread type.

                    A:  Hello, Thank you for your question on the Delta faucet. I apologize but there is not a 9" 3 hole esutcheon plate for the Delta 538T-DST faucet. This faucet only has a 6 1/2" escutcheon available. Best regards, Brandis
