However, we do manufacture adapters for 3/8"-24 UNEF to 1/2"-20 UN and 3/8"-24 UNEF to 1/2"-14 NPSM for other types of connections. The part number is RP63263. We appreciate your inquiry. A:  First of all, I am assuming your question relates to the Delta Lahara 4 in. Centerset 2-Handle Bathroom Faucet with Metal Drain Assembly in Chrome, Grey . The second part is yes, but with difficulty. You would need to cut off the supplied fittings from the tubing, make sure you have made a perfect 90 degree cut to the tubing it self. At this point it is best to assemble the tubing per the manufacturer's instructions, included in the original shipping box. It is explicit, includes very clear diagrams, and will answer all the questions you raise
