Q:I ask this as I will be replacing this with an existing frame already in place and I am curious if the existing holes are going to cause me a problem with this installation. Thx

Answer This Question
A: Hello Patrick,
Thank you for your question about our door. The top hole is approximately 6 inches from the top of the header. As long as the existing holes are in line with the track, they should all be covered by our side jamb. It should not cause any leaks or other issues.
If you have any other questions, please call us at 1-800-964-4850

Q:Our shower door opening is only 42 5/8 in wide. Would it be possible to trim the frame a little extra to fit and would this cause any other problems?
by|Oct 14, 2015

Answer This Question
A: Hello Hopeful,
Thank you for your question about our Shower Door. It would be "possible" to trim the frame down to this. However, it would make for a smaller step through opening. It is not possible to trim the glass so your opening to walk into the shower would only be about 18". This could be too small for some people.
