A:  I needed only the hanging bracket and could not find it I even went to the Delta site and all they had were the set screws . One of our Towel ring was very loose and the set screw was stripped. I couldn't get it off the wall with out pulling it off and creating a larger hole where the bracket was. so I bought 2 new Towel rings. The hole was easy to patch and the new brackets are very easy to install and didn't cost very mush. Well worth the price.

A:  Good Afternoon, We thank you for your interest in our product. This Delta Greenwich Towel Ring is mounted with "EZ Clips." Once these are mounted onto the wall you should be able to slide your towel ring down onto the clip. Although you may not hear a click, when pushed down the item should go securely into place, If it is loose, it is a possiblity that it is either not pushed not securely or you may have a defective clip.
