Q:my contractor lost the pieces that screw into the wall that the sockets attach to, If I contact Delta, would they send me replacements?

A:  You might get them from deltafaucet.com by calling their customer service as they have a horrible website for finding parts. It looks like all their mounting hardware is alike and they should help but no telling the cost or waiting time.

      Q:There are 2 heights listed on your specifications......one lists the height as 3" and the other lists the assembled height as 4.75". What's the difference? Obviously, the height on a towel bar is not going to be 4.75", so I'm assuming that the 3" is correct, but I'd like to have that double checked. So.....what is the diameter of the backplates? #which would also be the height# I would also like to know the diameter of the actual towel bar. Thanks! Crestfield 24" towel bar in venetian bronze

      A:  The bar is about 20mm, the plate is about 2 3/8"

        A:  It comes with hardware that is attached to the wall first, then the towel bar is attached to the hardware that was first attached to the wall.
