A:  Tiles don't have any texture, but individual tiles are 2"x2" it's enough rough service not to slip on it. They are originally designed for kitchen backsplash.

A:  Yes it does have some texture used it for wall application but would work on floor too.

A:  Grout will not scratch tile. If you clean tile while grout is still wet, the haze can be removed when dry wih a dry towel.
