Q:Brand new units comes with oil in the engine or I need to add the oil is provide in the package?
by|Oct 17, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Because of line testing, there may be a certain amount of oil still in the unit, so you may not need the full oil packet. The best way to check if you have a proper oil level in your engine is to use the engine oil fill cap/dipstick. Place the clean dipstick into the filler neck, and then remove the dipstick to check the oil level. The oil should be between the lower (L) and upper (H) limit, but please be sure to check your engine owner’s manual to confirm the correct amount of oil for your engine. We hope this helps! Please give us a call at 877-362-4271. Thanks for the question, israaelar.

Q:New to Pressure Washing--When the water is on and the machine is running, do you have to regularly squeeze the trigger to cool the pump or release the pressure, or is the only requirement with a running machine is to also have the water on?

A: We're glad you reached out, Klein. Yes, you need to have the water on and the pump should only run for a maximum of 2 to 3 minutes without pulling the trigger. Otherwise shut the Machine off to prevent damage. Hope this helps.
