Q:Can the cold water dispenser aerator and/or other parts be removed for cleaning? We have hard water so calcium deposits are a problem.

A: no, tip of faucet is not removable. They are a manufactured part of the faucet and it doesn't have an aerator attached

A: You need an O-Ring. My advice would be to got to a local "ACE" Hardware store. They should have the correct size. If you are able to take the existing O-Ring out please do so and take it to the store with you for proper sizing.
