A: No, just one on the bottom.

A: No, only one at the top of the back of the surge protector.

A: No. And it also lacks a screw to hold it into the outlet. I fashioned a small bracket which I used to secure to the wall. See the photo.

A: The B600WS has a single male plug with two metal blades and a metal ground pin. In addition to the plug, there is a plastic pin that goes into the ground location of the open receptacle. The plastic pin provides additional support to the surge protector when its plugged into the outlet.
