Q:Why isn't this product in my store?

A: I think the question is nonsense to begin with! There are many dynamics of why an item is not carried at a local store, simply could be that they are out of stock. Plus, not mentioning the area where you store is located is very helpful.
The mfg (Custom) is simply asking you to check with your local store for availability, seeming they can’t control that!
