If you’re a DIY’er perhaps an inexpensive non—slip rubberized material of some sort can be cut to attach or wrapped around where needed, and glued with a Gorilla Glue type glue. I’m thinking something like the item shown in photo. Probably won’t be as durable but depending upon where you use your ladder, it could hold up. I’m using my ladder in the garage and love it.
