A:  Right out of the box, I found this sunshade to be very tight, but over the first 3 months in the sun, it did stretch slightly, so I tightened up my cable turnbuckles and kept it tight and secure. I would recommend using at least two stainless steel Turnbuckles on two corners. Install with them extended so you have maximum room to tighten them over time.

A:  The nature of the shade sails is to dip as they are a sail and not our shade fabric which is straight fabric to be installed or the exterior window shade

A:  We bought kit that included 4 large eye screws that went into 4x4s and 4 tensioners with hooks on each end. Son-in-law attached tensioner to each corner of shade and used nylon rope from that to eye hook in post.
