Q:Could I get a verbal description of the colors in the Ivory-Tonel option? I don't trust my computer monitor.

A:  Ivory, Taupe, Beige, light brown. We also suggest you look at the images from computer and from your cell phone whether app or website since monitor settings like brightness and contrast do play a role in color hue. When you receive the rug, the pile will also be pressed from packaging where you'll want to give it a few days to open up. All machine made rugs also have a light side and dark side. Once the pile opens up you can rotate the rug 180 degrees and see if the color tone adjusts slightly based on your angle of view.

    Q:Part of the description for this rug says "non-slip".. in another part of the description, it says "jute back".. so does this rug have a non-slip backing or not??

    A:  Hello, we're fixing the default bullet points. The rug DOES need a rug pad for non-slip application. Jute is incorporated into the woven backing and any backing that is woven, should have a rug pad underneath to prevent it from moving around. Home Depot has a number of padding options online and at the store level
