A: Unscrew the nut on the bottom of the glass while holding the glass in the other hand. Slide the glass off the post. Replace the bulbs and slide the glass onto the center post. Reinstall the nut.

Q:These are rated for 60 watt bulbs. But if I'm using 100-watt EQUIVALENT LEDs which actually ONLY USE 17.5 watts each, would that work?

A: I use them in my kitchen. But not as the sole or primary source of light. Like every other source of light, the strength of the bulb becomes the biggest issue. If memory serves, nothing higher than a 60-watt bulb is recommended for these fixtures. I like to see what I am cooking, so I need a brighter bulb and light source...
