A:  Hello, The 3/4" primed panel will work for this application. The average weight of 225 lbs. for this size aquarium will not create any issues with deflection of the panel.

A:  We recommend an 80 tooth or higher, carbide tipped blade

A:  The fire rating on this panel is class c

A:  Please enter the size of each cut piece you want. For this order, you would just enter 12" x 48" four separate times. If you get this error, it may be accounting for the saw kerf, the material the saw removes with each cut. If this occurs, just adjust each width down slightly, try entering 11 3/4" x 48" four times. A:  This panel weights approximately 36 lbs.

A:  Yes our primer is compatible with polyurethane paints.
