A:  I haven't seen that term in the description. I suspect that true "voidless" plywood would be much more expensive. I did not find any voids in the plywood I bought.

A:  This is a veneer core product, and it has the potential to have some voids or openings of a certain size. This is a K-core grade. If you would like to discuss more details of the size of openings allowed in that grade, feel free to call me at 336-291-5869. Thanks - Michael

A:  Yes - that's what I did and it turned out great

A:  It gives you a place where you can actually describe what it is you Want. For example I had many of the 4' wide boards cut into 12" strips so there was 4 strips Per board. Then a couple of those were again cut in half so I would end up with 6 to 8 boards per panel

A:  Open up the cutting form (if you don’t submit it doesn’t affect anything) and play with it. It will start with a pic of the starting cuts, showing edge dimensions and grain direction. Then, it will ask you to specify cuts, using lines and arrows so you know exactly which direction the piece will be placed for which cut. The form interface is crude, but whoever put together the requirements thought long and hard regarding how to set things up for the clearest representation and communication of what to cut.
