A:  The custom cut dimensions will not be reflected on your Home Depot order, but you should receive an email confirmation once the custom cut form is submitted. A:  this may work well, in the past train set ups normally are done on 3/4 A/c to prevent warping and hold the weight of the set up.

A:  I mean really no, the glue my be non toxic, but are its components eatable for the animal in question ? probability not . better off to go with a solid wood. you could get a msds sheet, ask the manufacturer if you have to for a list of ingredients and see if any are toxic for the animal in question.

A:  It is very pretty as far as the smooth grain and the cut is very clean so you could butt it up tightly to another piece without a ridge.

A:  Hello, You should expect some movement of the panels during temperature and humidity changes. I do not think it will be enough to create any issues for the application you describe. The coating should help to prevent movement as well.

A:  Hello, Yes you can use to trim out windows. The panels are not painted - but will paint smoothly for you.

A:  That’s exactly what I used it for!! We just built a new house and the windows had drywall returns. I used it on 9 windows. It has a very smooth unpainted finish. I primed and painted first with a small roller and then installed with Liquid Nails and just finishing nails at top, middle and bottom. After installing the trim moulding, I just touched up the paint. There is plenty of room for the window movement since the wood was only 1/2 inch. Perfect results!

A:  Yes, this is a interior grade product and does not have chemicals to preserve the wood such as pressure treated wood has.

A:  Hello, Yes - the poplar plywood would be safe for this application. Nothing in the make up of the panel that would create an issue for pets.

A:  Hello, There can be the green heartwood in the grain. We can not assure you that will not be present - since it is common in the specie.
