                A:  Teacher, this door does include new track along with all the other parts needed for installation and operation. For new construction you will also need a Rear Track Hanger Kit (item # 100078084) if your track is within 24" of your ceiling. If not you can purchase punched angle and construct your own rear track hanger. Thanks, The Clopay Team
