Q:I read ur answer to question regarding hardware. I looked at installation manual states hardware included, I did not see Patorsion springs and rails. Are the rails, torsion springs included?

    A:  Stephen, this door does not come with an exterior lock. What you are seeing in the pictures are the standard lift handles that are included in the parts box with all Clopay Garage Doors.         A:  Carol, There is not a hard fast rule on the amount of insulation you need. If you live in a cold or really hot climate. Do you have a room above your garage? What kind of things do you want to do in your garage? I.E. work shop? etc. All of these questions will help determine what type of insulation you need. Is that possible? (2) do the two doors come with the Medallion upgrade hardware or must that be ordered as an option? If the latter, how much does it cost? (3) Is the glass insulated double pane?             A:  Hi Skeeter, All of our steel doors come with the interior painted white. So in your case, the sandstone color on the exterior and the interior of the door is white. I would visit www.homedepot.com/garagedoors, indicate your zip code, local store and select the size & model you desire. The Medallion upgrade is an option is only available on the doors installed.
