A:  Yes, it fits perfectly.

A:  Lay the umbrella down sideways on a table and slip the cover on a bit at a time! Works for me.

A:  It would vary by the height of the umbrella but I can tell it is rather easy to put on and off.

A:  I am 5'4" and could not put this on standing next to my table but you don't need to. However, it was simple enough to pull the umbrella out, put on the cover and put the umbrella back in the stand.

A:  Get a tall neighbor to help, or just pull up a chair or your little step stool and you will be able to put it on. Easy peasy

A:  You will proably have to take the umbrella down. I've never tried to do otherwise since I would have to reach over the table and be able to get to the top.
