This bird feeder pole comes with a flange to accommodate the flat bottom of a cedar bird feeder by attaching to it with screws. A:  Hello, The package does include the feeder pole. The Feeder Pole Plus doesn't include a baffle but you may be able to find an aftermarket baffle to add to the feeder pole. An associate at your local Home Depot Lawn and Garden Department would be able to help you find products that can help deter squirrels from the feeders. Thank you
