A:  on Model 51527 the table top, doors, braces and drawer front are made of yellow birch, which is a hardwood comparable to maple. The side panels and back panel are made of hardwood veneer.

A:  not sure of the wood but the top and doors are butcher block and is already oiled I recommend this cart

A:  According to the manufacturer most of the wood is Northern Yellow Birch.

A:  The cart is 24 inches wide, plus and additional 2 inches for the towel rack. It's 17 inches deep and 34 inches high including the wheels. It's a nice cart and holds a good amount in the cabinet and the drawer. Stuff can be put on the top also. If you like the natural look, you can leave it as is. I should have put a poly coating on it as I've gotten water spots on the front. I'm sure it can be cleaned up easily.

A:  Definitely can be used without the casters. I removed mine and it definitely is much better! I’m not to sure about being painted. You would need to remove the paint first, and truthfully I don’t feel it’s strong enough to be done, by yourself or professionally. If it was a thicker cabinet and bought not being painted then obviously yes. Good luck!

A:  It is raw wood so with a good primer and paint you should be able to paint it. Although I’m no expert. You could use it without the casters. Might want to get some plastic bottoms for it so it won’t scratch a floor if you move it. It’s solid wood and very heavy for a small cart.

A:  Not sure what the 17 width is. It is 22 wide without the top overhang. 24 wide with the top and 26 wide with the towel bar.

A:  The interior of the drawer measures 16.5" wide by 12.5" deep(front to rear) by 3.125" high( the drawer side board). The drawer opening, however, is at least 4" high.

A:  The cabinet interior measures 20.5"W x 14"D x 22.25"H and the drawer measures 17.5"W x 12.25"D x 4"H.
