A:  It fits great and installs pretty easily but you identified the hole that i missed. It is 5" shy of clearing the bumper, so I had to get an 8" extension to mount my Warn Winch to the front.

A:  Depends on your definition of bumper. It'l cost you about an inch and a half of ground clearance where it hangs below the chin spoiler. Relative to the leading edge of the bumper it is somewhat recessed however.
