A:  Mine came with a 8 Foot segmented measuring stick,

A:  Not sure which model is included in this kit, in order to use it vertical you need the 25 HVCK model laser.

A:  It has both, audible and visual.

A:  Yes a Case is included for the laser and receiver. The tripod and Stick do not .

A:  Single-access slope control in manual-grade mode allows you to use the up and down arrows to change the slope of the beam to match the slope or pitch of the construction site.

A:  You can get the laser unit seperatly from Home Depot .com not receiver though, the manufacture website does sell the receiver seperatly. However the price of the laser and receiver will exceed the packaged price of the set offered by Home Depot , your better off purchasing the complete set as I did being in the same situation as yourself .
