Q:Does this have a back mounting plate that can adjusted for installing on off-center light boxes, or does it install directly onto the box?

A:  Installs directly on box, but mounting plate could maybe be swapped out for an adjustable one.

The CANARM Hartley 3-Light Vanity Light has an easy connect mounting bracket that attaches directly to the electrical box with electrical box screws.                   Q:What is the length of the glass shades? Last time I asked this question of another fixture, the answer was 4.8 inches (I am assuming this is just a bit over 4 3/4 inch?) Could you relay this message in inches and fractions of an inch instead of tenths of an inch. Thanks so much!
