Q:Do you have any exterior shutters, in-store or able to be ordered in black <9 1/2" x approx. 66"?

A:  Thank you for your interest in Builders Edge. We do not offer a 9 1/2" width, however, we can offer a 9 1/4" width. You would need to go in-store to the Millworks or Prodesk Department and they can order it for you.

      Q:I ordered only 1 set of shutters to see if i liked the color before ordering the rest for all of my other windows. Now that it has arrived and i’m ready to place a larger order, i see that every single size and color of the Builders Edge Raised Panel Shutters appears to be out of stock on the Home Depot website. Are there plans for these to be restocked sometime soon? If they will not be restocked relatively soon i will unfortunately have to return the one set i ordered and find another brand.

      A:  No. The instructions recommend that a primer be used. I took one of the paintable shutters to my local paint store, and the owner fixed me up with an appropriate primer. I applied that and two coats of paint. Four years later, the shutters still look great!
