A:  Thank you for your interest in Builders Edge. The shutters can be purchased inside the store at Home Depot. They are custom shutters and you can order them at the prodesk or Millworks departments.

A:  Thank you for your interest in our product. Our color molded shutters are not paintable. They have a UV protectant in them which would make the paint flake and/or peel after a short time. We do offer a paintable shutter that could be painted.

A:  Yes, these shutters come with the screws.

A:  The louver is one color plastic molded through out. The instructions do not require painting. The warranty only requires that you follow the instructions for install. If it does fade, you can always paint it later.

A:  Yes, if they come in the color you want, better for you since you will not have to paint them. You can just take them home and put them up.

A:  You’ll need to ditch the plastic fastener and use pan head screw. Insert a wooden dowel into brick. Dowel should be snug. Screw will then expand dowel and hold tight. All the ones I’ve replaced were installed in this manner. If your concerned about matching you can cut the cap off the plastic fastener and glue over screw head.

A:  Mine came with 7 shutter locks. One extra.
