Q:I have several of the orange "Homer" buckets. The buckets are still OK, but the white plastic handles are cracked and falling apart. Even with gloves, it's tough-going to carry a heavy bucket on the wire alone. Will this work on the Home Depot Homer buckets? Will this fit over the handle wire alone or does it need the plastic handle to lock in place?

A: Definitely! Toss the cracked white plastic original handle. Just make sure you have the closed side of the "bucket boss" on the down side so the bucket boss stays in place.

A: Yes. It provides a comfortable grip with or without the standard plastic part of the handle that comes on the bucket. Slips right on and off.

A: Yes it works but I had to put duct tape on it to prevent it from coming off the metal handle

A: Yes, it will work on the orange "Homer" buckets, and yes it will with the all, or none, of the original plastic handle in place.
