A:  The Elastic mob made a move on the Velcro mob and took them out over a 5 year period. It wasn't pretty. I hope someone makes a move abut it one day. The story is just so incredible. It's such a shame because the Velcro mob really cared about the community, as long as you paid your protection money on time. The old neighborhood really went downhill after the Elastic mob took over. Hope this helps.
