A:  Yes I used it on my stair treds. I needed to screw them down to 'kill' squeaks. If you are real careful you can lightly sand the filler 'use 1000 or finer ssndpaper' and then refinish the area

A:  Yes its paintable As far as a patch material, do you have a scrap of Formica that you can try it on first. clean area well and let dry. The apply filler If it sticks great If not do you have some airplane/super glue you can put on the Formica then try the woof filler to see if that will adhere another option is to put filler in let dry and then use clear nail polish to make seal. Not very light coats of nail polish

A:  Sorry I can't answer about its use on Formica. I would suggest you contact the company's customer service via email which has been very helpful in the past.

A:  Yes you can apply a finish over it. I would do a small spot or just put some filler on a scrap piece of wood to make sure how it will look, with finisk on it

A:  It's really hard to tell from the color descriptions supplied for each tube if there's not an exact match. I found Armstrong Flooring/Bruce customer service very helpful in color matching. A Google search will provide their phone number and/or email address. Good Luck.

The Blue Ridge Oak Honey Wheat is not manufactured by Armstrong so we do not know which of our fillers best coordinates with this floor. A:  Sorry that I don't know. Numbers 19 and 40 refer to Cinnamon in their color matches. I have been successful in contacting Bruce/Armstrong customer service getting phone number and email address via Google. They have been very helpful in suggesting specific color matches. Good Luck.

A:  Hi, Since the color names can be deceiving I researched via Bruce the color that would be most compatible. In April 2017 I was told that Filler #26 (SKU 871252) would be appropriate, even though it's not mentioned on the tube. I purchased it to have on hand when and if I needed it and haven't used it yet. Good luck. An email to Bruce customer service might be more helpful since things change.
